I need help with login information for our website

  We had a social media person on our staff several months ago. She was let go. We got all the password information from her except the wordpress information. My thoughts are is she had a personal account set up and did the work through a personal account. I need to make changes to our website and cannot. I will gladly set up another account, but would like to speak with someone about this. Can you point me in the right direction?

  Hi @rmariucci, would you be willing to send a link to the site? Or you can share the email address it was set up under — if you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
