I need help with my domain

  I deleted my site because I was trying to use a theme and it wasn’t updating. I didn’t want to clear my cache on chrome so I thought this would be the best way since I had only just started setting things up. Now I can’t use my original domain even though I am sure that no-one will have taken it in that time and I still can’t use the new theme… Can someone help me because I really don’t know how to fix it?
