I need help with my Paid site to get it running.

  I’ve spent over 12 hours since September getting looped back through generic cut and paste fixes and I still don’t have a website. Can someone help me get a refund or get it going.

  What is the URL of your site? I also notice your wordpress.com account is only 2 months old so I cannot be connected to a site you started in September. Perhaps that site is connected to another account of yours, e.g. philippamay?

  Well i don’t know anymore. It is supposed to be hellforleather.com.au but it appears to be https://wordpress.com/home/philippamay42.wordpress.com.

  I paid for the wordpress plan in September 2019

  http://hellforleather.com.au/ is up and running but has been set to private.
  philippamay42.wordpress.com is up and running but has never been launched.

  these are two different sites you’re mentioning. Here, on the account from which you are posting, you have philippamay42.wordpress.com.

  The domain hellforleather.com.au is mapped to a different site, created on a different WordPress.com account. You will want to log out and log in to the correct account to be able to manage it or access support.
