  I HAD A PREMIUM YEARLY MEMBERSHIP. I UPGRADED TO BUSINESS (IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PREMIUM PLAN) AND THEN REALIZED THAT IT DID NOT SUPPORT THE APP I NEEDED TO ADD. I CANCELLED BUSINESS PLAN BUT IT TOOK ME BACK TO A BASIC (FREE) PLAN INSTEAD OF TAKING ME BACK TO MY PRE-PAID PREMIUM. I NEED HELP PLEASE

  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.
