I need help with my site. The server is down, I think hacker got in

    I’m the owner of playlistgoats.com been a great time with you guys but i’ve been getting attacked with hundreds of brute force attacks a day with you guys. I’ve been checking with iThemes security.

    My site is now down, this makes me so upset. I believe a hacker got in and took it down.
    Can you please help me, this is the first week my company went live PlaylistGOATS LLC and this is a very bad representation of our business and what we stand for. I need help, I had to come to my other unused account.

    Hi there,

    playlistgoats.com is a site hosted with Hetzner and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    They’re very similar, but two separate things.
    https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
