I need help with my site/wordpress
-
Hello,
I am having serious issues with WordPress. For some reason, it’s not taking my email address that I signed up with, making me unable to log in. Then when on the site, there is a red circle with an exclamation symbol and I can’t seem to fix whatever it is that’s causing the issue. I’m lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
Your site’s login page can be found here: https://thewelldeservedblog.com/wp-login.php
The login you use there is a different login than you would use to log into WordPress.com.
Then when on the site, there is a red circle with an exclamation symbol and I can’t seem to fix whatever it is that’s causing the issue.
Are you seeing that here? https://wordpress.com/stats/day/thewelldeservedblog.com
If so, it’s because your site’s Jetpack connection is broken. This connection is what allows you to manage your site from the WordPress.com dashboard, and that symbol indicates a connection problem. But your actual site management would be done on your website, not here at WordPress.com
You would need to log into your site via your site’s login page and follow the instructions to reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account.
If you have trouble, reach out to Jetpack support for help and they can look into this for you.
I hope that clarifies things!
