I need help with Polls…..I want to create one with several questions

I’ve created an account on PollDaddy….I have created a Poll in WordPress. I wanted to take a poll with 5 questions to be answered, but each question is creating its own Poll. Surely, there must be a way to create a multi-question poll? I want to create a 5 question poll and insert it into a Page???

And please paste the URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your username to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know before Posting). We usually need that to give a relevant answer.

Unfortunately your Support link on Polls only says what Penny already knows… that one can have multiple Polls in a post. (Unless I’m missing something too.)
What she and I want to be able to do is have multiple questions within the SAME poll.
Any ideas ?

Based on this earlier thread, I saw that Polldaddy apparently supports survey embedding, but I have not tried it yet.
