  how do I post my blog to my blog page do I have to just make a whole new page?

  Are you speaking of https://soothsayerslibrary.wordpress.com/?

  The page at https://soothsayerslibrary.wordpress.com/posts/ is correctly assigned as the posts page on your site, so any new posts you publish will automatically appear on that page. At the moment you only have one published post, which is why nothing else is currently appearing there.
