I need help with renewal bundle Urgent!

  I was offered a bundeled then it vanished, was advised to drop renewal of the 10gig to get the offer back, this did not happen. I am due to renew in two days, Do not want to cancel outright as I risk olss of my entire library of media. Please adise asap!

  It looks like you still have the 10 GB upgrade on your account. Keep in mind that we won’t delete anything that’s in your Media Library, but you won’t be able to add any new items, if we cancel the 10 GB upgrade.

  Would you like us to cancel that so you can purchase the Value Bundle?
