  Hi @essentiallyapriloils, no problem. You will need to log in as the account that owns the domain or its mapping. Then you can use these steps to add whatever records are needed:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/

  Once logged in, you can also access direct support at http://wordpress.com/help/contact
