I need help with the mobile site

I am having an issue with the mobile version of my site. My web developer had set it up as responsive, which I do not like the look of. I asked him to make the site a normal desktop version for mobile so that you can see the entire site on the page. He has been attempting this for over a month now and we have not gotten anywhere. He has now apparently changed the site so it is not responsive but it does not look good, not at all what we want. Nothing fits on the page, it’s all jumbled. I just want the mobile site to look good and fit on the screen with the capability to zoom in and out. Please help me be able to do this. Is it possible to have someone from WordPress go into the back end and do it for us? If you have developers that can fix this for me I will happily pay them, just please put me in contact with someone who can help us as we are really struggling to get the mobile site working.

    Hi,

It seems like your site is a self-hosted blog. If you have a self-hosted blog, you need to ask support from WordPress.org instead. Their support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/

Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.

(The WordPress.com forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com)
For more info about the differences between .com and .org, see here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Good luck!
