I need help with the polls

  First of all, apologize me if any orthographic mistakes. I’m uruguayan and have an intermediate English level.

  Secondly, this is my trouble: I created some polls and inserted them on a page. When I checked if they were working well, I noticed that when I choosed an option, the template of the poll showed me always the same response, independently of which was the option selected. Am I clear?

  And finally, I don’t find a “service support” from WordPress, except the forums. Does it exist?

  If anybody can help me, I’ll be thankful.
