I need help with website that I signed up for that I was never able to use it because I didn’t know how it was too difficult please and it close it stop it I do not want it thank you

    I want to just continue close the website that I signed up for it’s too difficult to use having problems I never even used it I don’t mind keeping my subscription to WordPress but I do not want the website anymore so there is no need to charge me for Future 2 years because I’m not going to use it at all I haven’t used it I tried to use it it was too difficult and I would like to end close the website the subscription to the website and anything that has to do with the website that I could be charged for the bottom line is I do not want it I do not want the service thank you

    I’m not seeing any record of the WordPress.com user account you are posting from having purchased any upgrades or plans from us.

    Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere? Could the purchase you made be for a hosting package from another webhost? What is the URL of the site you were working on?
