I need help with WooCommerce Subscriptions

    I just purchased WooCommerce subscriptions and am unable to add plans. No resource is offering help and am unable to access wordpress dashbaord for support.
    I need help here please

    Hi,
    Thanks for the prompt response. I would have definitely done that if I were able to see support ticket option on my dashboard of WooCommerce dashboard. I don’t see any subscriptions there or ability to log a ticket- it keeps displaying authorize your email when i have done that at least 10 times by resending verification emails. On my WordPress site, it shows am connected to WooCommerce and i tried disconnecting, connecting and approving there as well.
    Am stuck as am unable to log a ticket with WooCommerce or get any support on it. I just purchased WooCommerce Subscriptions plug-in 5 hours back and need support with a question on it.

    I would really appreciate any help here.

    Hi,

    I don’t see any way to log in a support ticket or see my subscriptions that i just purchased few hours back – WooCommerce Subscriptions. I see a note to verify email which i have done at least 10 times and i have tried disconnecting and reconnecting WooCommerce to my WordPress account.
    I need help here as I just purchased WooCommerce Subscriptions plug-in but have question and am unable to reach any support.

    Please go to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ and select the option “I need Help with My Account > Need something else” to get help verifying your account. You can ask your question there too at the same time.

    Thanks much for that. it helped.

    I do have another question and would appreciate if you can direct me to proper group if you don’t have the answer – As an admin, i should get notified when someone creates a new account/registers on my website. But am not receiving it. I get emails when folks subscribe to newsletter using email subscribers plus-in; but using MyAccount page, am not getting new registration emails.

    Appreciate your help.
