I need human (!) help

  I have signed in under as my administrator yet cannot make any changes there. I need help badly. I let go my wordpress “webmaster” and now lost. Have hired new but cannot get in to make changes. Is there a person to speak with on the phone? Please?

  We are all humans. There are no zombies of bots answering support questions here at WordPress.COM and there is no phone support.
