I need human help with ataarizona.com not working

    It has been 20 minutes trying to get a human on either chat or a call and it is impossible. Please call me at [REDACTED]. My site has been down since last week when WordPress did an update. It is urgent, I am losing business. Michelle Lee

    As already said in all the duplicate threads you have been creating: wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. Never post a phone number on a public forum unless you want to be flooded by spammers and scammers.

    My Domain is from Godaddy and my site is hosted with WordPress. I have used the wordpress site for http://www.ataarizona.com for over 10 years. Yesterday a human was on chat with me and helped to at least be able to see the home page. All other pages are not there. Also just as he was helping me the chat got dropped. I cannot seem to be able to get a human to help.

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Godaddy and uses the open source wordpress.org which is different from the wordpress.com platform, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider – in your case, hosted at GoDaddy.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    We have no access nor the ability to help you with your website because it is not hosted with us. While we do not have telephone support, we would also have a record of any chats you may have had with us. Looking at your account, you have not accessed WordPress.com live chat either.

    GoDaddy has both telephone and live chat support and is likely where you were getting help previously. I would recommend reaching out to them again as they are the only ones who can help you here.
