I need information about my account and I have no access to get what I need – our website is down

  I am the new Director at CaldwellChamber.org. We use wordpress for our site. GoDaddy is where our domain name is registered. Our site is down due to expired SSL. I am trying to find out how to get an SSL and who I should get it from. Our Chamber files have little information, nothing that is helpful. I need to know what we use through your company. PLEASE RESPOND. My Board is waiting for answers from me. Thank you.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
