I need major help

  I need help and a refund as site is not working. I bought a domain through GoDadddy. I went to your site to utilize the WordPress CMS and paid $13 for a service that did not work. Domain mapping I believe? I am trying to utilize another host now and it won’t go through. The blog on WordPress has since been deleted and I just need some help, pretty please, and a refund. [removed from public forum] The site was sustainablebrookhaven,com but again, not working and I don’t know what to do. I’m at my wit’s end. Please have mercy on me and call or email…I just want to publish this blog…thank you.

  We can refund your Domain Mapping upgrade, but I see that you have opened a dispute with PayPal.

  Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund until you close the dispute.

  Thank you macmanx! PayPal states that if the seller is offering a refund, wait until the funds are in your PayPal account before closing this dispute…but I trust you, since you are WordPress (a.k.a. good guys) and I went ahead and closed the dispute. Please issue the refund, and thank you for your attention to this matter. All the best.

  Hi,

  I’ve sent the refund as you’ve requested, and you should see it within 7–10 business days (but usually much sooner).
