Hi thank you for your reply I am looking forward to setting up everything as soon as but have specific questions about the options available/not available. Is it best to arrange a session – have seen that option somewhere?
Also google has sent me back to you about my email which is not working now after connecting to WordPress. They sent this

I also see that you have added the WordPress.com Business Plan (Monthly) to your account. That plan does not include live chat support (the yearly plan does include live chat) but you can access priority email support here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
