  it seems hoursea.wordpress.com simply doesn’t excist at all, https://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain=hoursea

  Yes I deleted it. My mistake. Now I need it back but getting error “Sorry, that username already exists!” when I try to change username , and “Sorry, that site is reserved!” when I try to change domain site address.

  Hi there,

  The address, hoursea.wordpress.com, has never been registered before – you did not delete it because you have never owned it – but it is also reserved, and only the username, hoursea, will be able to use that address.

  The other username you used to post here, h0ursea, using a zero rather than an o, will also not be able to use that address.

  There is no way for us to reassign reserved addresses to a different user, so there is no way for you to use that address.

  The support mail replied to me:
  “The WordPress.com account connected to your *************@gmail.com email address was renamed from hoursea to nout56. Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use.”
  What?? Please, I wish to have that name and that address back, just do this for me please I thank you very much.

  There is no way to get that name back. We showed very clear warnings while you made the change that this will be the case. Username changes cannot be reversed.

  Can I say this is a defect of wordpress? What is the aim of this? Why we cant get the name back? No one use that name but I still cant get it? Why lock forever a name that no one use but me?
