    Hello there,

    That shouldn’t be a problem.

    I’ve sent a manual payment request via email so that registration fee can be settled.

    Please be sure to check any spam inboxes in place.

    Once settled that can be restored. I would advise doing that soon, to avoid the domain falling into a domain redemption period – whereby it would be subject to a domain redemption fee.

    The refund has already been fully processed, but it can take up to 2 weeks to appear with banks.

    More importantly for you, the domain expiration / cancellation process is extremely time sensitive. If the domain goes into redemption, the registrar charges another $80 to get it back. So please do hurry and pay the fee so we can restore the domain. We’ll follow up on the refund after that.
