I need my domain cancelled immediately

  Please cancel my domain now!

  It has was transferred to a new host many days ago and I am getting r-login redirects from inside my wp-admin back to the *.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  I have made private support request and after more than a day non-response = very poor service.

  If a normal person knows how to cancel the subscription immediately please help. If a staff person is online please sort out your support systems.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have removed the domain mapping upgrade. That should solve your issue. Let me know if it does not.

  I have purchased domain redirect and I still get this:

  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.

  Please fix this ASAP. I have deleted my cache and more. Very unhappy

  I’m sorry, I cannot replicate this issue. the site redirect seems to be working correctly. I am sent to your new site if I type in your ______.wordpress.com site URL. If I try to get to your new site’s wp-admin login page, I have no issues doing so and I am not redirected to your _____.wordpress.com site. I am not getting any error messages.

  What happens if you use a different browser? One that you have not used for WordPress.com work? I understand you have cleared your cache. But it may be worth testing with a different browser as well.
