I need my domain name back after hosting cancellation

  Registered my hosting with WordPress.com, but changed my mind and cancelled my registration. Now I don’t own my domain name and my $19 is also gone, I can’t contact anyone on WordPress.com for help. Am confused and feel scammed that I lost my domain name and my $19. I need my domain name back to use at a different hosting place.

  Hey there,

  No problem, I’ve been able to restore that domain for you.

  The domain also needed verifying, and so I’ve sent an additional verification email.

  Am confused and feel scammed that I lost my domain name and my $19. I need my domain name back to use at a different hosting place.

  To explain, a refund for a domain is only available within 72 hours purchase, so at the time of cancelling the domain, the refund was not possible.
