You have to be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased any upgrades for it to cancel them.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. I want the domain to not be mapped to my blog. It was intially registered here with their premium memebership, but they didn’t have the tools I needed and it felt very restrictive in what I could do for my site. So I cancelled the membership but kept the domain registered here, now when I’m trying to edit stuff on bluehost it keeps redirecting me to my free wordpress blog.

Hi @mortalsports, if you’ve just pointed your domain to Bluehost, please give it a few hours for the settings to take effect.
Also, you will want to keep your domain as primary here. That will redirect the WordPress.com site to the new bluehost site.
Once the domain has been registered for 60 days, you can also transfer the registration to Bluehost if you’d like. Here’s how:
