I need my domain released

    Hi. I recently ordered a domain through your site. Actually, yesterday I did that and canceled the same day. Now, I need my domain released so that I can use it on my other site.

    Hi there!

    Is this for the domain shecorcares.org? If so, since you cancelled it within 96 hours of purchase, you received a full refund. Additionally, the domain registrar will hold the domain for 5 days in case you cancelled this in error allowing you to recover the domain if you choose.

    We can help you recover the domain now if you would like – you can then change the domain nameservers to point to whatever host you want and after the 60 day ICANN transfer hold is released, you can move the domain to the registrar of your choice.

    Otherwise, you’ll need to wait those 5 days for the registrar to release the domain for purchase again – this isn’t something we control. You won’t be able to be notified when it’s available for purchase again, so you’ll need to keep checking your new domain registrar to see when you can repurchase it.
