I need my domain unmapped immediately!

  I wanted to buy a custom domain for my blog and I linked it to my domain I already own and now I want it unlinked immediately Its not working and non e of my blogs are able to be found on the internet, I need this fixed asap and when I need it the customer support thing is not there!
