I need my EPP code to transfer my domain.

    I recently deleted a domain from wordpress and would like to have it transferred to another site but I need the EPP code to initiate transfer.

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of keyandria.co?

    When you cancelled that domain, you gave up ownership of it, and you can’t transfer a domain you don’t own. You should never cancel a domain you still want to use, as cancelled domains are not released immediately, and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to get the domain back or register it again somewhere else.

    I see you cancelled keyandria.co on 17 December. Since then the domain has gone into redemption at our domain provider, so while we can still recover that domain for you, we’ll have to pay our domain provider a $80 fee in order to get that domain restored to our system.

    Please let me know if you agree to that fee, and I can send you a link to pay it so we can get the redemption process started for you.

    If you don’t want to pay that fee, you’ll have to wait for the redemption process to end – that should be by the end of this week. Once redemption ends, the domain is released a few days later, i.e. early next week, and then you can try to register it as a new domain directly at the provider where you want to use it.

    But please note that by that point anyone will be able to register it. If someone else registers the domain before you get to it, they will become the new owner, and there will be no way at all for you to get the domain back any more. If you want to ensure you remain the owner of this domain, the only way to guarantee it is to let us redeem the domain for you.

    Please let us know if we should start the redemption process.
