I need my ip address to be host by ovh.

what I read on your support link: P Address For Domain Mapping When mapping an existing domain registered with another host, the host may ask for an IP Address instead of (or in addition to) our nameservers. When possible we encourage people to add our nameservers rather than IP addresses because our IPs can change over time. If your registrar requires A records, you can contact support and we’ll provide you with a list of our current IP addresses.

There is no permanent static IP address for any WordPress.com blog. All IPs are dynamic ie. ever changing. Therefore WordPress.com does not purport to provide static IP addresses as they will change. You could try using:
ns1.wordpress.com / 198.181.116.9
ns2.wordpress.com / 198.181.117.9
ns3.wordpress.com / 192.0.74.9Also note I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Hi @yannlheureux , I’ll send the current IP addresses via email. Just note you will need to keep them updated.

I need now the key from the manager as written below:
“Pour procéder à l’importation d’une IP, vous devez connaitre la clé (token) généré par le manager du serveur qui est actuellement associé à l’IP que vous souhaitez migrer.”
Can you tell me the token?
thanks -
There is no token to use, actually. You can either use our name servers:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comOr you can create A records pointing to the IP addresses I sent via email.

Talk to OVH and give them the IP addresses I sent via email. Ask them to help you create an A record for each one, and remove any A records that were there before.
