  I’m not a WordPress.com employee. I’m a volunteer, i.e. a user like you.

  You made it very clear that you want your money back, but creating multiple threads will NOT get you assistance any faster (on the contrary, it slows the whole process down because staff and volunteers have to monitor more than one thread)
