I need my money back, Your company took money for my account on 04/18/2018

    Hello WordPress,

    I purchased a package a year ago and used it throughout the trial period, I discontinued the service within the grace period allowed and canceled the account. Why am I charged $118.00 for your service, 04/18/2019? I have no paid arrangement for your company to deduced any money from my account. You caused my account to overdrawn and a $30 fee added.

    I am sincerely asking that you put all my money back in my account.

    I tried speaking with some online the night of the 04/18/2019 and no one responded within a three-hour window. I went to bed; I was so tried. Please, some get in touch with me to assure me that my money will be returned to the account and that this will incident will not repeat itself.
