I need my old theme back

  I am self hosted with Go daddy and loaded in a purchased theme. I saw an activate email on my WordPress site and clicked on it, activated from the email and now it seems I screwed up. My theme isn’t visable anymore and I don’t want to host with wordpress.com. help
