I need my refund!!

    I had selected to purchase a new domain. After filling in all the details, the message displayed that “Address line 1 too long. Transaction failed.” I tried the same thing twice and still the same message. I can’t access the page where I can edit my credit card details.

    To add to my trouble, I have received 3 successive mails from wordpress that say that the account transaction is successful. I checked my account and the three transactions are under process.

    HOW CAN I BE CHARGED THRICE FOR A TRANSACTION THAT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL!!! THE WORD PRESS SUPPORT TEAM IS ON A HOLIDAY. MY WORST NEW YEAR YET!!

    I PROTEST!!!

    I registered for a domain name souravroy.com. The registration was unsuccessful and I have been charged for it- THRICE!!! This is preposterous…

    Calm down. Seriously. Ranting here will not make the money returned to you any faster. Glitches can happen. You have the emails to prove the “successful” attempts. This matter will be sorted out as soon as possible, even if it takes a couple of days. Possibly there is only a hold, but not a full transaction on your CC anyway.

    I see that two refunds have been processed for those transactions. Please contact support if you haven’t already received confirmation of those refunds.
