I need my refund

    On the July 11, 2018 I make a payment for a 1 year subscription for $499.99 which was a mistake because the aim was to pay $300.00 and right after the payment I requested for a refund and up until now Aug/20/2018 WordPress have not answer to my refund request. This is my third time writing to WordPress.com asking for my refund and I have get no answer

    We refunded your payment of $499 on 11 July, about an hour after you made the original purchase. You can see a receipt for that transaction here:

    Refunds typically take around 10 business days to process on the bank’s end, but because you refunded so soon after purchase it’s possible your bank just removed the original charge from your account, rather than showing a new statement entry for the refund. Please follow up directly with your bank in this regard. You can use the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears in the receipt as a reference.

    This forum post is the first time you’ve posted in our support forums, and your account history shows only one additional email support ticket. You submitted that ticket on 11 August, and we replied on the same day with the same information I gave you above.
