  We’re seeing that full refunds have already been issued for your latest payments. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Note that the credit card company can take several business days (up to a week or two) to process the refund. If you don’t see them after waiting, please contact your credit card issuer/bank to ask about the status of the refund.

  @ngltrust – it may take 7-10 days for the refund to show up in your bank account. Your bank might be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Additionally, you only requested the refund yesterday (8 Sept 2021), so it will likely be 6-9 more days before your bank will reflect the refund in your account.

  If you get past those 10 days and the refund has not been posted, let us know and we take a closer look.
