I need my subscribers moved with Jetpack

  I recently migrated from wordpress.com to self-hosted WordPress. Jetpack is installed, and I need my old email subscribers moved over.

  My old url: http://thethinkingcloset.wordpress.com

  New: http://www.thinkingcloset.com
