  On the lower half of my home page I have a thing called
  MENU NAVIGATION DESCRIPTIONS. Does anyone think I really need it? Thanks in advance.

  Follow this guide, especially where it describes “Title Attributes.”:
  http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide
  If a viewer hovers the mouse over an item in your menu, the description you enter will display. You will not need the “Menu Navigation Descriptions” feature.

  I’m sorry, I forgot to mention that title attributes are described in the section “Customizing Menu Items.”
