Personal help is available by hiring a consultant. To do that see Code Poet is a directory of WordPress professionals, web designers, and developers brought to you by Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com and the largest operator of WordPress sites (20 million and counting). Here’s the link http://directory.codepoet.com/

WordPress.com is not too bad to use, but it is a different program than say word processing.
Have you tried the getting started documents?
Support documents & learn WordPress
-
The good news for you is that Staff have linked the step by step learn WordPress.com blogging tutorial to the bottom of every Admin page at this link http://learn.wordpress.com
The support docs are all found at http://support.wordpress.com.
Themes
The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. Please read > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Also note that premium themes and all upgrades provided through WordPress.COM can only be used on free hosted WordPress>COM blogs and no others.
Changing themes
You can quickly and easily change themes to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate” or type in the name of the theme you want to use and
click the “activate” link when it appears. After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.
By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
For creating a post see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#publish-a-new-post
For creating a page see here
http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-pageFor editing see:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/P.S. Playing the age card is not advised because the Volunteers answering questions here tend to be silver surfers, who like anyone with good reading comprehension skills, became self taught using the avaiable resources. When I began here nearly 8 years ago there were no support docs at all and there was no tutorial specifically for WordPress.COM bloggers.

P.P.S. This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.
Volunteers answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.
We’d be happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions and do know there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.
The theme on your blog now is called Twenty Fourteen and the full theme description is here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyfourteen/ The link for the live demo site is http://twentyfourteendemo.wordpress.com/
