  the above url is not my blog.

  I have paid for and registered for an upgrade to host my own blog on my own domain
  it is all setup and runs fine. I would like you to please allow me to add plugins .
  For my own Domain. Please can you help me with this, it is very important to me to get this done as soon as possible,. I was unable to reach anyone today thanks

  I’m sorry, we don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
