  How in the world I got a charge from you guys that I don’t even use your service? I want a full refund! I have no interest of having a website done by you guys. Please issue my refund immediately.

  Before you cancel something you perhaps still need, you can check any charge made by wordpress.com at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  If you are absolute sure you still want to cancel, you can do so using the contact form on the same page.
