  how to REMOVE most info and if i delete account can I start a new account with different email asap?

  if you mean site contents, you can hide the website
  Here is how you can hide your site:

  If you meant your personal info, you can change your personal info (including your email) at https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Your last resort is to close the account but bear in mind that you will not be able to reuse the same user account.
