  Hey, I made a website using wordpess and I can’t fix some issues.

  I’ve used JetPack plugin for sharing the products on fb, ig, whatsapp.. and the image doesn’t show up, only the link and the description. Also when I send the customer email with the ordered products, the product image doesn’t show up, only blanck gray image. How can I fix it?

  Do I understand correctly that when you share a link somewhere on social media the product image doesn’t appear?

  That wouldn’t depend on Jetpack and also there are no errors with the connection. I’d suggest asking the WordPress community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
