Hi there,
We don’t allow any JavaScript on WordPress.com so there is no way to add that code. Additionally, Feedjit’s plain HTML link that used to work here no longer does, and they have not been responding to users contacting them to get it working again, so at present there is no way to use the feedjit widget on WordPress.com.

You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites with wordpress.ORG software installs.
WordPress.com blogs have built-in plugins only.

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
