I need someone from WordPress to contact me for support

  I cannot access my blog called borntostory.com. I am completely locked out. I have a premium account. Contact at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://borntostory.com/.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the https://borntostory.com/ dashboard.

  Could you please walk me through how to do this and follow your advice. I have been trying for weeks to solve this problem.
  I would so appreciate your help, especially since I have a premium account.

  The best place to start would be to try old or unused email addresses in the lost password system to see if any of them are associated with a WordPress.com account:

  http://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
