  Please advise me on how to spend my money with your company. The site and access to its features are not user friendly at all but my programmer advised me to use this site.

  I thought I was rather specific. I would like to move my website from Wix to WordPress. I would like to then allow my programmer access to install woo commerce. At this point, I would like to sign up. When I do so I am told that I can create a blog. I do not want a blog.

  I have signed up with Bigcommerce and Wix and had no problem contacting customer service like this.

  Well, I was under the impression that you were receiving assistance, from me, but I could be mistaken about that.

  I could tell you how to import your site from Wix, but that would be pointless as you cannot use Woocommerce with WordPress.com. You need paid hosting like hostgator and software from WordPress.ORG instead.

  There is no number to call. There is no free phone support or sales help at WordPress.com.

  You cannot use woo commerce at all on a WordPress.com blog.

  You can easily use it on a WordPress.org blog hosted elsewhere: Godaddy, hostgator, host monster, wherever. There are thousands of web hosts. Buy web hosting, install software from WordPress.org, install Woocommerce, and away you go. You cannot do that at all here.

  I am sincerely impressed with you customer service. I hope all can see exactly how great wordpress.com or wordpress.org is. I am sure they are not owned by the same company so why would there be can cohesiveness between them. Terrible terrible terrible

  @RC gave you good advice to save you wasting your time and pointed you in the correct direction – she normally charges big bucks for hand holding – you were helped for free
