  Hi Torres126,

  Thank you for the link, but support from WP only seems to be available for paying user.
  And if they cannot or are not willing to help, and one hence have to give up, the money is wasted.

  @lilianemurray Rarely does an issue go unresolved in the forums, it’ll just take some time. Staff are also willing to help here. Is it regarding your current thread? I’m sure you’ll get an answer soon.
