I need someone to transfer my subscribers, and stats.

I need someone to transfer my subscribers, and stats. I posted for staff 5 days ago and haven’t heard back. . . How does one get ahold of the staff here??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can help with your transfer. As you have multiple sites, can you confirm you want your followers migrated from thekerrminator.wordpress.com/ to http://www.thekerrminator.com/blog/?
Site Stats are not transferrable as they are tracked per domain.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

It was my understanding that stats could be transferred. . . Why was the “Happiness Engineer” in my previous thread saying that they could be?

Sorry about that, I should have been much clearer. Stats are automatically enabled when you activate and connect Jetpack to WordPress.com – no additional transfer is required!
I can initiate the transfer of your followers if you confirm you want them migrated from thekerrminator.wordpress.com/ to http://www.thekerrminator.com/blog/.
Please let me know and I can set that in motion. Thanks!

Now I’m confused. . . When I did this the other day, I created the wordpress.org site, imported the wordpress.com blog posts, etc, then installed the jetpack plugin – I had to activate the stats, but it doesn’t transfer my stats from my old site – it started at zero.
The impression I got from the other commenters was that my stats could be moved. So are you saying that if I had 5 billion on my old site, I would start at zero on my new site? :(

Hi again Kerrminator, as you’ve connected Jetpack and your stats are enabled, I am able merge your stats, and transfer your users. However, I do still need confirmation that you’re moving your followers and stats from thekerrminator.wordpress.com/ to http://www.thekerrminator.com/blog/.
If you could send me that confirmation, I can take action. Thanks much!
-
Ok. Yes, that is correct. Go ahead and transfer. I just wanted to make sure I understood what was going on first. Thanks!!!! :)
-
I am glad you asked. I wasn’t clear enough :)
I have transferred your stats from your WordPress.com site to your Jetpack site.
I have also migrated your subscriptions. You had 36 in total. 31 WordPress.com subscribers, and 5 email subscribers.
Just so you’re aware, these stats might not appear for a couple hours. Additionally, Facebook and Twitter followers are not part of this merge.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Best of luck with the new self-hosted site. Cheers!

My pleasure. Thanks for your patience! Let me know if you need anything else on the WordPress.com end. Rock that website!

I’m back. . .
Where should I be able to view my subscribers? I thought it was on the Stats page, but it says I have 0 blog subscribers and 0 comment subscribers. Thought maybe I ‘m just looking in the wrong spot. . .
-
That’s odd. I show:
WordPress.com Followers (30) | Email-only Followers (5) | Pending (11)
When you click on Stats in your Dashboard, do you see a box that looks like this:
https://cloudup.com/c0fwov583PdYou may have to hit Refresh on your browser.
Please let me know!

Hmmm weird. It just made a liar out of me. . . Now I see it. I’ve signed out/in a few times since the transfer so I don’t know why it didn’t show up already. Well, I guess that settles that.
On an unrelated note, when I exported the xml file from wp.com then imported to wp.org, it didn’t move all my photos. I have 134 on the .com site, and only 116 imported. Any ideas?
-
Oh stop :) Your stats probably just took some time to refresh. I’m glad all is well.
Were the missing images attached to posts or pages? Did they all have unique titles? If the answer is no to either of these questions, that could be the problem.
The WordPress.com export contains your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags; uploads and images may need to be manually transferred to the new blog.
Let me know!
-
The images are attached to posts. The photo shows up in the post, but it’s not in my media library.
Is the only way to grab the photos off the old site, to save each individually, then upload them to my new site? Or is there a way to save the entire media library to save a little time?
-
Hey there! Keep an eye out in your email box. I’ve re-exported from your original site, and sent you the file to re-import. Thanks!
-
That did it! Must have been glitchy on my end since I tried the export/import twice and it didn’t show me the “All done. Have Fun!” message either time. Thanks, Robyn!

Well, I hope this is my last question. . . I purchased the redirect. Does it only redirect the home URL or does it redirect all old links out there on the interwebs for individual blog posts, to the corresponding new links?
I ask because my previous/old links posted to fb result in a 404 not found message :(
