  I need support to upgrade and correct problem with comments on wordpress blog

  I get the following error message when I receive an email to approve a comment on my blog:
  ‘http://wwwhttp://www.computerconsultingnetwork.us/wordpress/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=moderated
  Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

  More information about this error may be available in the server error log. ‘

  I cannot approve or make comments because of this error. I would like to upgrade but I want to make sure the comments work first.

  Hi there, it looks like computerconsultingnetwork.us is hosted with ipage and not hosted here on WordPressdotcom. Have you contacted ipage for assistance? If they say it is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to the support forums and documentation at https://wordpress.org/support

  Just to clarify, you’ve posted in the support forums for websites hosted on WordPressdotcom. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are different entities with separate documentation and forums. You can learn more in our support guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
