    I have followed every guide and tutorial step my step for the WP Mail SMTP and have passed all email test several times ans the only email that I receive is the ones I send from my site. I do NOT receive anyone else’s email that uses the contact is form from the site – and I’ve had 10 different attempts from
    Other email users and the only one I get is from my own email address!!!!

    I think I have one account but two domain names.

    BartowDixieGrands.com

    CoosaRiverBoys.com

    Have received email that the 1st one expires in a few days and that the 2nd one expired in February 2021. Email says to visit the dashboard for directions on how to renew.

    When I go into BartowDixieGrands….I can’t do any administrative … or update the website.

    When I click “my sites”….does not give me option to go to CoosaRiverBoys.

    Tried numerous times…do not know what’s happening?

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from, mebsrt. Do you know the WordPress.com account that the upgrades are connected to?

    It sounds like you are receiving email notifications regarding expiration, so you know the email connected to the account. If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:

    To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into helping you renew the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
