A few days ago, I bought a domain and a website with you for a value of $ 99 and immediately after purchasing I cancel it. I have a conversation with you where mention that I have no serious penalty and effectively canceled oll. But they made a $ 71 cancellation and not the $ 99

I checked your account and the $99 has been fully refunded. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

I would contact your bank and verify that you did not receive all $99 back because our records show that it was all refunded back to you.
If they verify that only $71 was refunded, let me know and I will look further. $71 doesn’t sound like a number we would refund.

I see that you talked to another staff member 6 days ago who said that they refunded the remaining balance to you. Again, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank statement.
Let me know after 10 business days if you do not see the refund.
