  What is the domain you want to transfer? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains registered with us on WordPress.com.

  If the domain is registered with us under a different username, log in as the correct username, then you’ll be able to request a transfer code from the domain management screen:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  If the domain is registered at another provider, you’ll need to log into your account at that provider to make this request directly from them.
